Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after address information has been provided. All international rates outside of Canada & United States are calculated by Canada Post.
In-Store or Curb-side Pick-Up
For Free Local Pick-Up: Select this option upon Checkout (not available with Apple Pay or Shop Pay). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when your order is ready. Your order will be ready within 2 hrs of payment received. Pick-up hours are within business operating hours. If you prefer curb-side pick-up, please indicate in the note section of check out.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping outside of Canada & United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after personal information has been submitted.
Outside Canada & US, please allow 8 - 30 business days (depending on shipping service selected) for your purchase to arrive.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Genuine Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We will not offer any reimbursements, cover return shipping costs, or accept any returns.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@genuinedesign.ca with your name, order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of running a consignment based business, we can not offer returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.
