All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For Free Shipping (Domestic & United States only): Spend over $149 CAD before taxes.
For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after address information has been provided. All international rates outside of Canada & United States are calculated by Canada Post.
Local Pick-Up & Delivery
For Free Local Delivery: Select either option upon Checkout. Only available within 4km of our downtown location. See map below.
Deliveries take up to 2 business days to process and are made from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If you require your purchase sooner, please select Free In-Store Pick-Up.
You can skip the shipping fees and wait times with free local pickup at 220 13 Avenue SW. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email ready with you when you come.
We offer international shipping outside of Canada & United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after personal information has been submitted.
Outside Canada & US, please allow 8 - 30 business days (depending on shipping service selected) for your purchase to arrive.Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Genuine Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We will not offer any reimbursements, cover return shipping costs, or accept any returns.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of running a consignment based business, we can not offer returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.
