Updated Return & Refund Policy

Store Credit Only

1. Return Period: 
 Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
 For Christmas gifts, returns must be made within 15 days after Christmas Day.

2. Condition of Items:
Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.
No damage, signs of wear, or odours of any kind. Items must still have their original tags attached.

3. Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception.

Take pictures and contact us immediately at info@genuinedesign.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

4. Return Authentication:

All items we sell are Guaranteed Authentic. Please visit our Authenticity Guarantee here for more information.

Due to growing return fraud issues affecting the luxury industry (where an authentic item was purchased and a matching or similar counterfeit was returned for a refund), we authenticate all returns. 

If your item is found to be inauthentic upon return, the return request will be rejected and the customer will face blacklisting from our business. Police may be called. Fraud is a criminal offence in Canada.

5. Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. We can return for store credit to be used on anything in-store or online.

6. Documentation:

Systematic photographs will be taken of all items for record-keeping before fulfillment.

7. Store Credit:

Returns will be eligible for store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount. Store Credit does not expire and can be used on anything in-store or online.

8. Online Purchases:

The same conditions apply for returns on online purchases. The buyer must pay for return shipping. Genuine design is not liable for any lost, damaged, stolen packages. Any return shipments are solely liable to the buyer until a successfull return for store credit has been issued.

9. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind on gift cards.
