Return Policy

Due to the nature of running a consignment based business, we can not offer returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds. Please read descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions. All sales are final. Any online orders that are receive a cancel request prior the being fulfilled, are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover fees we incur. These terms are not negotiable. 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception, take pictures, and contact us immediately at info@genuinedesign.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
